Check in and out

Check in is from 16:00. Our earliest free check in is 14:00 but this must be pre-booked. If earlier is required we can only guarantee from 13:00 and this is for a £15 supplement. Guests need to call en route the morning of arrival to check if the room will be ready earlier but we cannot guarantee this (guests can request a free late check out until 12:00).

Cancellation Policy

9am two days prior to check in for each night booked; Monday at 9am for Wednesday, Tuesday at 9am for Thursday and so on. Cancellations after this incur a charge of the full night’s stay. Charges can therefore be up to three nights in total. They are non-refundable to other dates.

Our Facilities

• Parking is free of charge, on site and private
• Parking spaces are large enough for vans and mini-buses
• Outdoor bike storage available – please bring own locks
• Pull out beds can only be accommodated in the Suite, Family Room and Main

• Building Superior Rooms, for a £15 supplement
• Each room has opening windows and a fan in summer
• We can provide travel cots with bedding, for a £15 supplement

Known in the area for our ‘Home from Home’ feel...

1. Annex Rooms

A separate, exclusive accommodation only wing; perfect for guests who would rather be situated away from public areas such as dining and the bar and gardens. Classical but modern rooms, with extra desk space and a separate seating area. All rooms have double walk in showers and wall mounted televisions. Please note these rooms do not have views. They are accessible 24 hours using key card security. We have five rooms per floor. These rooms are not suitable for adding travel cots or pull out beds.

2. Main Building Superior Rooms

More traditional in style than our annex rooms. These rooms are on the first floor. They have a large floor space and can accommodate pull out beds. We have three of these room types and two have baths and showers – if you require a bath please specify this at booking.

3. Family Room

Contains a double bed and two singles. One single bed features an integral pull out bed (£15 supplement) and the room also has enough floor space for a travel cot. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Situated on the top (second) floor.

4. The Suite

The Suite spans the breadth of the front of the building and is situated on the first floor. It has a full garden view and features a bedroom with a four poster bed and separate living area with sofa and dining table. It has a shower but not a bath. It includes a sofa bed suitable for one child or two children aged 8 and under. This can be included for a £15 supplement. It is adjacent to a Superior Double room with a bath and shower that shares an entrance vestibule with the suite and is ideal as an add on for larger families.

5. Standard Doubles / Twins

Both twin rooms are situated on the first floor. These feature zip and link beds that can make these beds super king sized. Standard doubles are situated across the first and second floors. The top floor doubles are smaller in size but one features a garden view. All include baths with a shower over.

6. Single Room

Includes a ¾ sized (queen) bed. Is on the second (top floor) and has a bath with shower over. Skylight windows only.
